The drive through was quite fast, but I got food poisoning for eating half a burger. This happened twice at that location. When I called the next morning, they simply asked what I wanted them to do. They asked if I wanted a free snack or burger and I denied because I didn't want extra shits. I was hoping they would ask me to fill a complaint for food poisoning. I worked at McDonald's before and I know you're supposed to get better service than that when you complain about food poisoning, but they're often too busy to care unless you're really screaming. I feel bad for the staff since they're often understaffed and not treated right, but customer service could be better.

Make sure you check your order! They will either forget something, or not make your burger properly. I've gotten a big Mac before with nothing but meat and bread in it. No sauce no tomatoes no lettuce no anything! They mess up the orders all the time. You have to doublecheck it!
